You are a Work Of Art. You are the hero of the story.
Every part of the life you’ve lived, the choices you’ve made, the experiences you’ve had make you a unique beautiful expression of humanity.
Fully embracing this is where our greatest power lies as leaders - not to mention our greatest source of magnetism when we tell our stories and write copy from this place.
And… I know, for many people, this is incredibly hard to do…
How do we share what’s been hard without feeling the need to put a bow on it and tie it up into a pretty little ending?
How do we share what’s real without losing respect, and without people falling into pity, risking comments like, “Oh that must be so hard,” that makes you feel like they totally missed the point?
How do use your story to let people get closer to you, to see you, to connect deeper to you (all of which is going to make them more likely to buy from you), and to feel safe and secure in doing so, publicly?
We hold onto stories of our past, and the pain that those stories contain. We struggle to see our greatness, our power, the ways in which we are so incredibly unique and naturally stand out, in a sea of others that seem more interesting, more skilled, more experienced, more attractive than us.
It’s hard to figure out where the line is between sharing about your past and trauma bonding with your audience, between connecting through being open and over-sharing to the point where people forget our strength and our leadership.
My experience - and my business - have proven this:
You can share about the struggles you’ve overcome and about your greatness in the same sentence, the same story, and never lose your leadership — and in fact it is incomplete to do it any other way.
In my new four month intimate & experiential writing container, we will explore all of this.
When it’s properly wielded, when it’s fully integrated and owned… Your story is at the root of all healing.
Your story, re-written, is the most powerful thing you own, connecting you to your confidence and your gifts, to your voice and your purpose, to others who are meant to walk with you, to learn from you, to support you.
It’s about how you see yourself, and your past, and your future.
Stepping into your story in this way has the potential to be the best personal development,
and the best business development, you’ve ever done.
It is the definition of locking down mindset work.
It’s the best marketing you’ll ever do, and the best sales tool you’ll ever use.
But if your story is laced with shame, with regret, with limited beliefs and past wounds, it’s power is used against you- and instead of propelling you forward, that same story will hurt you and hold you back.
The good news is that you are the author of your story.
If it’s not currently in a form that serves you, you can rewrite it — and I’d like to show you how.
You are a powerful, mystical, magical human being, a leader worthy of being admired, trusted, and followed, and a business owner who knows how to present yourself openly and honestly to the world in powerful ways that draw people to you, wherever you desire to create, share and be received - whether that’s through social media and copy, personal essays or poetry, keynote speeches or books.
Telling your story is powerful, but if you want to use it as a tool to connect, there’s so much more to the equation.
In Work of Art, you will…
Dive into the wounds and emotional blocks that have you believing your stories aren’t worth sharing or people don’t care about them
Release shame and pain from the past and stories that you have about how you are, how other people are, and how life and business is that are not serving you
Learn how to embrace and connect with the empowered version of your story in a new way, without doing any of that “put a positive spin, everything has a silver lining” bullsh*t to get there
Start to see your entire journey as a beautiful and stunning narrative, where you faced struggles but also overcame them, fully at peace with it all
Step into being the hero of your journey, realize that you are a Work of Art, and learn how to present yourself as such to the world - in sales, in copy, in stories, in keynote speeches, in dating profiles, in literally all areas of life.
I’m inviting you into the most sacred place you’ll ever go — into yourself.
Into what happens when you connect to your story and notice the pieces where you’re telling yourself lies that feel like truth
Into the power of rewriting the parts that don’t serve you into narratives where you are the hero — because you are, it’s true
Into the art of sharing these stories with the world, in ways that make people stop in their tracks with awe and inspiration
Into the magic of the way that stories form bonds with other people, even ones we’ve never met, that make you magnetic and memorable
It’s never really about the story.
It’s about who you become as you live it.
Are you ready to not just learn how to write from your heart, but to learn how to truly embody the power of your story in a new way?
We will move through releasing the pain of past stories, take all the pieces of the experiences that have made you YOU, put them all back together into a powerful narrative where you are the hero of your journey, and help you to recognize what is already true…
That you are a work of art.
What people have said…
"Jen’s incredible and she attracts incredible people, and I hope you get the chance to experience her work some time.”
“I am so incredibly grateful.”
“I am worshipping the ground I walk on.”
“I feel seen, maybe for the first time in my life.”
“I feel like in any other context, this work would have taken me 10 years to do.”
“Please tell me when this is happening again.”

Throughout our four months together, we’ll practice being the artist and the painting.
We will dive deep and clear out stories of the past, pulling out any of the broken pieces to clean them off and remove any lingering stories of shame.
Then, we’ll go through the process of putting the pieces back together, lacing them with the gold of the lessons you’ve learned along the way.
Finally, I’ll invite you to step into your power, into fully seeing yourself as the beautiful work of art you are.

I’m Jen, and I’m an Emotional Mastery Coach…
I wasn’t always good about sharing my stories — in fact, I was kind of the WORST, and I have proof.
Years ago, I was in this 9 month business mastermind with 20 other women, and at the end of year retreat, everyone took a turn receiving feedback from the other women.
What was the person doing well, and what did you want to see more of from them? When it was my turn, person after person said the same thing as we went around the circle…
“You clearly know your stuff, but, how did you get to where you are?”
“I don’t know your education, your background, your history…”
“To be honest, I feel like I don’t know much at all about you as a person…”
I looked around the room at the women I’d spent the last 9 months with, a little shocked, realizing I had a major blind spot. I’d gone from a few posts about my business every few months to somewhat consistent posting, yes, but clearly, there was still something major missing… and that something, was ME.
I didn’t talk about my background because I figured people already knew or would think I was bragging. I didn’t tell my personal stories because I didn’t see how they mattered or why people would care. I didn’t share my pains and hurts because I sure as fuck didn’t want anyone to think I was weak or feel sorry for me. I shared about my business, and what I did — but I didn’t share about who I was, me, the human behind it all. People didn’t know me, they didn’t feel connected to me, and because of that? They just didn’t care that much, or see me as the person to go to for support.
One month after I went to that retreat, a friend told me about this thing where people commit to doing something creative for 100 days- and my 100 stories in 100 days project was born. It laid the foundation of people knowing me, and trusting me, and seeing me as a leader, and it taught me how to not just tell my story, but to own it as deeply important, so that when 6 months later, I finally went all in on my business, my audience was warmed and ready, and I had something I didn’t before — the knowledge of how to connect deeply to others through my writing, and hold myself through the process. This process changed my entire business and my life. It will change yours too.
Writing is a skill you can learn, and emotional resiliency is a skill you can learn, and knowing what to share and what to keep sacred and how to share hard things without blowing yourself or your audience out is a skill you can learn, and sharing in ways that make everyone see you and love you and see themselves in you and want to work with you is a skill you can learn, and keeping yourself safe in the process is, get this, a skill you can learn!
I am so excited to welcome you into this container, and to spend four months going through one of the most amazing journeys I have ever gone through: the process of fully stepping into embodying the truth of your internal and external beauty as a human and as a leader in the world, to truly become a work of art.
We'll go in together - and come out refreshed, renewed, and more in touch with ourselves, our message, and the power of our stories.
