Emotional Leadership: Next Level

Deepen Everything You've Learned in Emotional Leadership with Mentorship, Facilitation Training, and a Connected, Intimate Community.

This is where you Truly Take Your Skills to the Next Level.

If you went through EL and felt like there must be more — you're right.

This isn’t a bait and switch, and it’s not because EL didn't deliver.

It’s just that what EL opens in you is big, and it’s more than you could ever practice, integrate, and embody in just one year.

The first time through, you're just trying to keep up — managing your nervous system, figuring out how you feel about the strangers in the room, deciding how much of yourself you're actually willing to show, maybe even turning off your camera and taking some naps.

No matter how many times we’ve restructured the container, we’ve found that year one kind of always exhilarating and exhausting and eye-opening and overwhelming in a way that can make you feel like you’re hanging on for dear life.

At the end of the first year, it certainly doesn’t feel like you’re in mastery – of the concepts, the skills, the shift in communication, the application to all areas of life, and the embodiment of the lessons. It’s not supposed to!

Year one is really just the introduction, the course work of an operational Ph.D. in Humaning. There's a whole layer of this work you haven't touched yet.

Next Level is where you go back in — all the way in — once you actually have your feet under you.

Are you ready to see what’s possible?

WHAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY SIGNING UP FOR

Every single person who comes through Next Level hits a moment where they are absolutely certain they have ruined things and they are going to get kicked out. They’ve given the wrong advice to a client, fumbled a facilitation, or otherwise ruined the container.

They’ve shown the ugliest, most unlovable part of themselves they swore they'd keep hidden, shown up disgustingly messy and ridiculously human, and accidentally said the thing they are 1,000% sure is going to cost them relationship with everyone in the room. And every single time, they discover they were wrong. People stayed. Not out of politeness, pity, or obligation, but because they genuinely want to.

That experience — “failing” in front of people who don't leave, letting people see more of you than you ever show and finding that those parts are not only safe but celebrated, finding the parts of you that can hold more than you ever imagined both in terms of intimacy and in responsibility— that is not something you can learn from a curriculum. It has to happen to you.

It will happen in Next Level.

You leave knowing — not hoping, not believing, but knowing — that you can stay in hard things and still be loved, that you are fully capable of creating what you want to create, and that you can trust not just yourself but everyone else on the tema.

That shifts something in you that doesn't unshift. It changes how you lead, how you coach, how you show up in every relationship you have. It changes YOU on a cellular level.

This is an uplevel in skills, self-trust, self-believe, and attachment security that we haven’t seen any other program in the world offer – including Emotional Leadership. It’s something we only do in Next Level.

What People Are Saying…

“Next Level is the only way to describe the experience. I haven’t cried more, laughed more, felt more seen or learnt more than I have in the last year. It may have been the most powerful year of my life and I’m deeply changed. I will end my Emotional Leadership experience not just with new skills and confidence, but with connections that I will value forever”

— Kat Colling, Business Coach and Freedom Mentor

WWHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Go through EL again — for real this time:

You'll move through the full first-year EL curriculum as a Next Level student. And before you roll your eyes — I know. You've heard it. But going through EL the second time, with presence and context and actual relationships in the room? It's a completely different experience. Things you nodded along to will crack you open. Things you thought you understood will show you a whole new floor. This isn't repetition. It's integration.

Get feedback that actually means something

Not "amazing, no notes." Not the chef's kiss your friends give you because they love you and don't want it to be weird. Real, specific, honest feedback on how you actually show up at the front of the room and nuanced micro-changes you can make to move from good to great, from great to mastery — from people who are genuinely invested in your growth and skilled enough to name what nobody else has named. Tim and Jen will tell you things that will change how you work. That's not a pitch. That's what happens.

Lead real workshops and retreats

You'll co-facilitate integration week calls, support small EL groups, and take on facilitation pieces during the EL retreats — all with behind-the-scenes mentorship, live debriefs, and a team actively conspiring for your success. This is on-the-job training in the best possible sense.

Build community that doesn't disappear in January

Maximum eight people. By the end of the year these humans will know you — really know you. They'll have seen you in your mess, and you'll have seen them in theirs. You’ll learn that people don’t have to be perfect to be safe, that they don’t have to share all of your same views in order to be your community. It’s a year of people showing up for you, not because they have to, but because that's what this year naturally creates – strong, intimate, interdependent community. Most people spend years looking for a community like this and never find it. You'll find it here… which frankly might be a little annoying because you'll have to stop using "I just don't have my people," “I’m not supported,” and “I can do it all better myself,” as an excuse for anything.

This is for coaches, leaders, managers, and facilitators who want to go further — people who want to lead with more depth, receive feedback that actually challenges them, and build the kind of relational resilience that makes the rest of their work possible. It doesn't require that you feel ready. It requires that you feel called.

And specifically: if you went through EL and weren't fully there the first time — you were juggling too many programs, you coasted a little, you kept your camera off more than once (no judgment, we see you) — this is especially for you. The door was always open further than you walked through it.

This is not for people who want to stay comfortable, keep coasting, or who want to keep pretending you can’t do it, you’re not good enough, you can’t rely on others, or you’re better off alone.

This year will ask things of you.

It will ask you to be seen when you'd rather disappear, to stay when every instinct says go, and to receive feedback that doesn't match the story you've been telling about yourself. That's not a warning designed to scare you off. It's a description of exactly what makes this program worth every penny.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?

What People Are Saying…

"I came in a skeptic. I'm leaving knowing — not just believing, knowing — that I can build relationships that don't just serve me but satisfy my soul. These people will show up for me. I know that. And that's not something I could have said about many relationships before this year. If you're on the fence: the terrifying part is real. So is everything on the other side of it."

— Laura Foster, Business Coach & Facilitator
