1. Learn by Doing.
You’ll have opportunities to practice and lead real workshops, gaining hands-on experience and supportive feedback, given in a way that honors how sensitive it is to lead, to show up at the front of the room, to allow yourself to be seen this deeply, and to receive feedback on it.
2. Deep Mentorship.
This is a high-touch program with personalized support and inner circle access, allowing a level of learning and behind the scenes, curtain pulled all the way back mentorship that neither Tim nor Jen offer in any other container.
3. Small, Intimate Community.
With a max of 8 participants, this program fosters deep connection, trust, and a beautiful safe container to practice interdependence, secure attachment, and deep intimacy with people who will become like family.

What Makes This Program Unique?
The Important Logistics
You, Receiving:
Next Level Training & Coaching Calls
We meet three times per month as a small group, to debrief and give feedback, provide additional training and coaching, and connect as a group. One call is with both Tim and Jen, one call with only Tim and one with only Jen.
Three In Person Retreats
We kick off in person together, April 25-28th in Denver. Then, we’ll meet two days before each of the Emotional Leadership retreats start, for additional training, facilitation practice, and set up time, before going into the EL retreats, where NL students will have opportunities to facilitate, hold sharing circles, support on logistics, and de-brief each day with behind the scenes staff meetings.
EL Retreat 1 will be in the US the first weekend of August. EL Retreat 2 will be in February, location TBD (likely Mexico).
Dedicated Group Channel for Support & Connection
A place for everyone to stay connected, to share, and to receive support from each other and from Tim and Jen.
You, Training & Leading:
Integration Week Facilitation & Coaching Calls
You will pair up with other Next Level students to lead facilitation and coaching calls during integration week, which will be reviewed by Jen, Tim, and your cohort, with gentle, supportive feedback and additional training given during NL review calls. Training for how to hold this space and support on lesson plans are given.
Small Group Monthly Calls & Chat Support
New this year, EL students will be assigned a small group to lean into between EL calls, with a monthly sharing call & chat thread. These groups will be led by a Level 3 NL Graduate, with 1-3 NL students assigned to support in each group. Your Level 3 NL Graduate will provide be an additional support for you to mentor under.
Retreat Facilitation & Operations
Next Level Students receive additional “on the job” training during Emotional Leadership retreats, providing logistical support and creating, planning, and executing facilitated pieces during the retreat, helping them to grow in confidence and skills in all areas of in person facilitation and execution of events.
