How does a VIP Day differ from 1:1 Coaching?
VIP Days are considerably different than 1:1 coaching.
In 1:1 long-term mentoring work, we are slowly working a pattern, diving deep and then recalibrating, and applying it all in real time. This type of work is important for long-term growth and the sustainability of change.
In VIP Days, we are diving deep and recalibrating live, in the moment, and then moving onto the next piece. While it might take six month to a year to see all the pieces of a pattern in 1:1 work, these pieces can all be uncovered in a single VIP Day due to the nature of the experience. This allows us to do deep, meaningful, impactful awareness and integration work much quicker, all while we are creating big vision strategies, plans, or goals for the future.
Our 8 hours together can often uncover and move patterns that can stay stuck for years in 1:1 work, simply due to the depth of the experience — and the luxury component allows us to do it all while soothing the nervous system with pleasure.

Includes:
A pre-session 30 minute call for intention setting & creating a specialized plan
A full 8+ hour in-person coaching day, including at least one luscious, luxury meal, an extraordinary planned experiential day, a client gift, and any additional expenses throughout the day
One month of follow-up coaching support after our session
